Sarah advises Boards, Chairs, Directors, CEOs and Senior Executives on all matters relating to leadership.

She works with public and private companies of different scopes and scale across multiple sectors, mostly in Southern Africa.

Sarah has published two bestselling books on leadership and is in regular demand as a speaker on topics of leadership.

Prior to founding Pembroke Sarah worked for 15 years at global executive search firm Spencer Stuart and was the founder and Managing Partner of the Woodburn Mann Leadership Science Institute. 

Sarah is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She is Chairman of the Stellenbosch and District Riding Club and sits on the Board of Odessa, a private property investment fund.
