Coaching

CEO Coach and Advisor

Sarah specialises in coaching CEOs, and has done so for many years. She understands the complexity, commitment and challenges of the CEO role  and acts as a support, a sounding board and an advisor to CEOs. She tells them: “I am the person in your life who is always on your side, but who has no skin in your game. I am there for you, but I need nothing from you.”

She and her panel of coaches aim to be fun and elegant to work with, and to harness the powers of listening and understanding.

Sarah works on a retained basis with CEO clients and is always available to support them in a crisis.

Executive Coaching

Ideally, coaching emerges from assessment outcomes. Assessments offer suggested coaching directions, and having been through the assessment and the feedback process, executives gain a deeper understanding of their gaps and the potential to use coaching as a development tool.

Sarah and her coaching panel have made life-changing breakthroughs with senior executives by identifying deep seated self-narratives such as imposter syndrome, fear of failure, proscrastination and many, many others. Working on these with an experienced Executive Coach can have an extraordinary impact, not just in the workplace, but in life. 

Pembroke works with a panel of exceptional and experienced executive coaches who, after being briefed by Pembroke, follow this coaching framework in their work with Executives.  

We understand the complexity when it comes to the role of the CEO and we act as a support structure, a sounding board and an advisor to senior executives and CEOs.
